Paige quite literally crip walked into Jon's life @ Logan's Alley in Grand Rapids on Christmas Eve 2023. Their first "date" was in February - Jon flew to St Pete from Texas to help Paige install a light fixture, a very handy excuse! They had the world's greatest first date after successfully installing TWO light fixtures. They went putt putt golfing, ate sushi, and ended up dancing the night away! Most importantly, Charlie approved of Jon, which was a make it or break it for Paige.

Though 2024 held many trials, with injuries, a flooded house, and many life changes for both, it only strengthened their relationship and they both quickly knew that they had found their person. On an adventure to Boston and New York, Jon totally surprised Paige and got down on one knee in Central Park, giving Paige her "Carrie Bradshaw" moment (big fan of SATC).

Wedding planning began, by mid-December her dress was found, and OPE, wouldn't you know: Christmas Day, nausea turned out to be more than just nausea. The unexpected blessing, Lucas Chandler, enters their story.

With Lucas on the way, Paige and Jon decided they wanted to be married before they welcomed their little fella into the World. so what was intended to be City Hall turned into the Honorable Craig VanderWall officiating an intimate family wedding and Paige was officially a Hornak (well, the official name change was 6 months later...). They welcomed sweet Lucas in July and wedding planning restarted!

Of course, Jon and Paige being who they are, knew that the show must go on and a big ol' wedding was definitely still needed to celebrate this big love they share! We are so excited to celebrate with you all in December!
